Created in 1763, Hine is proudly one of the oldest houses in the Cognac region and is named after Thomas Hine of Dorset. Hine Rare Cognac is classed as Fine Champagne which means the the eaux-de-vie used are all from the Grande or Petite Champagne areas, with at least 50% from the Grande Champagne. Family tradition dictates that Hine cognacs are aged far longer than the minimum time required by French law.However legend has it that in Dorset, Thomas Hine’s home county, lived a white hart, a harbinger of good fortune and that this is why he elected the stag. Antique XO is a complex Cognac, blended from more than forty eaux-de-vie produced exclusively from Grande Champagne grapes. This may include increase the size of some fonts within the message to pay particular focus on key lines or phrases, spacing message over extra lines and removing unnecessary punctuation.
