About this deal

The Makita DMP180Z Inflator is powered by an 18v Li-ion LXT slide type battery to discharge up to 12 litres of air per minute, suitable for inflating cycle and vehicle tyres, sports balls and inflatable leisure equipment. The core functionality of the DMP180Z is excellent: it Just Works, and it makes inflating tyres an absolute breeze (no pun intended). There are attachments for car tires, bicycle tires with flash valves or French valves as well as air mattresses and balls. The main switch is equipped with the Auto-off function to prevent accidental start-up during transportation, this not only protects the tools and other tools around it, but it also prevents the battery from discharging quickly. This Makita inflator features a digital screen with backlight, allowing the user to select the desired air pressure.

It has been designed to have high stability on the ground, coming in handy when working hard as it is another thing you do not need to worry about. I feel like I'm picking quite a lot of nits here, considering I now reach for the DMP180Z instead of a conventional track pump literally every time I have to inflate a tyre. Its main switch is equipped with an auto-off function to prevent accidental start-up during transportation. The batteries are plugged to the battery charger through the quick release, in the same way as it is connected to the machine.

Makita has a device in its range that offers a particular advantage: the DMP 180 is small, handy and is battery-powered. I have used this to inflate wheelbarrow tyres, car tyres and ride-on mower tyres and the drain on 4 or 5 amp LXT batteries is barely noticeable. I am really glad that I did, it does my tyres at a remarkable speed ,is accurate and with a very sturdy build quality like most makita products. I've got several Makita tools so there is always a battery around and I usually take the pump in the car with me if I'm going on a journey.

With the battery compressor from Makita you can inflate both car and bicycle tires, as well as other tires 1a and also very easy to measure the air pressure.

It's small enough to fit in a pannier or large rack-top bag, so it's feasible to take it with, and boy will you look prepared when someone gets a puncture. Makita® 18V LXT® Lithium-Ion Batteries have the fastest charge times in their categories, so they spend more time working and less time sitting on the charger. It features a digital pressure gauge to make reading the pressure much easier and has been designed to have high stability on the ground. Especially useful after an earthquake for powering all sorts of things when the electricity and water gave been cut. This cloth is fast and easy to apply; within seconds your machine is protected from dust and moisture.A small LED light provides support in the basement, in the garage or in the dark to illuminate the area around the valve.

The unit remembers the last pressure setting used and excess air can easily be released via a button on the unit. The thermostat is activated to protect the inflator when the pump temperature increases to protect from over-heating. A brushless motor, by contrast, uses a magnet mounted on the rotor to generate the power and electrical switching to perform the function carried out by the brushes. It is equipped with a light display for easily and precisely adjust the air pressure according to your needs and LED light to operate even in low light conditions. The auto-stop function at the pre-set target pressure is not only a safety feature but it also helps increase your productivity throughout your day as there is no need to worry or keep checking the gauge when inflating.
