This person confirmed that Bleame was mainly running the business out of Los Angeles, so I am not completely sure if the other 2 Bleame trademark holders in China are connected to this current Bleame company or not, or if they are just competing companies trying to get the trade name themselves. Fortunately I didn’t have too much skin irritation when using it dry (wet was another story) but it doesn’t remove any hair.
