Dylan eulogized Jerry Garcia at his funeral in 1995, a year before the Time Out of Mind sessions began. The set’s fourth disc recreates Time Out of Mind in a live setting by including a rendition of all of the album’s songs culled from concerts Dylan played from 1998 to 2001. Finally, the fifth disc isolates the era-specific recordings that previously appeared on The Bootleg Series Vol. 8: Tell Tale Signs: Rare and Unreleased 1989–2006.
