Try filling with a mix of leaf spinach and ricotta cheese (note: you can substitute the Ricotta with Feta, or fresh Curd Cheese) and bake in tomato sauce or in a meaty Bolognese sauce. For a fishy alternative stuff with a mix of smoked fish (or poached salmon) mixed with just a little mashed potato,a beaten egg, chopped parsley and seasoning, place in an oven proof dish, and smother with a tomato sauce before baking.

You can use any combination of fillings, sauces, and toppings. For example, spinach stuffed cannelloni can be covered with a tomato sauce and topped with Bechamel sauce with grated Parmesan. Or a few minutes before removing the Cannelloni from the oven place some slices of fresh Mozzarella on top, allowing it to melt before serving. Try Cannelloni stuffed with a mixture of minced, seasoned, pork with chopped walnuts, or a stuffing made with baked Butternut Squash....... the choices are endless. The program "Programa Haciendo Escuela", in which since 1969 has been contributing comprehensively to the students and families of the schools it sponsors. In April of that year was adapted and “Haciendo Escuela en tu casa” was born, available to all children in Chile with educational content from the Mineduc and also with didactic and recreative material. Another example was the launch of Arte Falabella, which aims to democratize art and bring it closer to everyone. In October 2020 Espacio Fotografía was launched, with more than 300 commercially unpublished works by 39 emerging and established artists from Chile. The project was developed together with the Antenna Foundation, the Latin American Art curator, Matías Allende, and the advice of Paz Errázuriz, renowned Chilean photographer and 2017 National Art Award.

For generations, Italian Gnocchi has been made with the simplest of ingredients - potatoes with flour and seasoning. Farabella has captured the simplicity of traditional Gnocchi, and without compromising taste and quality, has produced a range of gluten free Gnocchi. The ingredients are still simple - made mainly with a very high percentage of potato (85%) - Farabella's gluten free Gnocchi offers a real alternative for those who cannot tolerate wheat or gluten.

The company was founded by Salvatore Falabella, an Italian Chilean immigrant, in 1889. In its original form it was a Tailor's shop, but today has become the largest retailer in South America. The expansion of the company began in the 1960s, with the first store outside Santiago opened in Concepción. In 1980 Falabella created CMR, a credit card with 5.5 million customers.
