I opted for the "excellent" rated iPhone 13 pro thinking I'd be getting something close to a like new recycled iPhone. I was a little disappointed that the phone had a few bits of dirt and grime around the lens and speaker. Nothing I could not clean off myself. And in fairness other than this the iPhone is is in excellent condition. So overall the iPhone is perfectly as described and is a substantial upgrade on my old one at a fraction of the new price. I have no real complaints and will no doubt by refurbished again in the future.
