Drift Wood (ABV 4.3%) - Amber a pale malts combine with Cascade, Goldings and Eureka hops to produce a wonderful dry, nutty beer with aromatic hop overtones Pride of Dartmoor (ABV 4.0%) - Refreshing, easy drinking and moreish amber ale, biscuit and caramel notes marry with a sweet floral finish. Shingle Bay 4.2% - Light easy drinking session ale with fruit aroma and taste. A crisp revitalising finish. Spring Tide (OG 1043.5, ABV 4.3%) - A copper-coloured ale with sweet overtones, smooth & well-balanced

Templer (ABV 4.0%) - a light amber ale, when poured it has a light head with sweet floral hints and a smooth finish. Leaving you wanting more. Champion National Organic Beer (soil assoc) 2019/2021, Established in 1994, formerly named Princetown Brewery, it is the highest brewery in England at 1,465 feet above sea level. Since then, Devon Dumpling and Topsail have been added to the portfolio, and some of the original brews have become adapted into seasonal ales. Half Bore (ABV 4.0%) – An amber bitter made with Devon honey to produce a smooth, sweet malty taste. Raven (ABV 4.2%) - Award winning chestnut brown ale, rich, smooth and malty brewed with a generous helping of English hops; full of flavour with caramel notes and summer-fruit aromas.

This new brewery started life in a garage during 2018, to brew a range of craft beers. They moved into Grade-I* listed Melville Building, Royal William Yard, in early 2020. They brew four core beers - Mantra, Plymouth, Bombshell and Breakwater - and lots of one-off beers and IPAs, which will rotate in the Steel Brew Co Taproom. One cask ale - an American wheat beer - and three "craft" beers were available at the first Mayflower 400 event, in November 2019. Sadly, the company ceased trading on Thursday 25 August 2022 - we wish them all the best for the future. Summerskills Brewery - SUMMERSKILLS BREWERY Devon Pride (OG 1039, ABV 3.8%) - A dark amber colour beer, with a fruity aroma. Rich in flavour, this beer defies its A.B.V. with a surprising amount of body. The brewery’s business model focuses on 3 pillars – community, innovation and profitability. The community will help shape the company and, down the road, will have the opportunity to invest in it. The business will sit as one of many ‘Transition in Action’ businesses in the town. It will create employment, attract new visitors, generate revenue for other projects and potentially provide a return to local investors.

Break Water (ABV 4.6%) - A blend of three malts and three varieties of hops give a mouth filling flavour of roasted malt balanced with a heavy hop finish Three Hares (ALC 4.4%) - A golden-brown ale with a rich spicy taste of Devon honey and a hint of apricots. Our Flagship, hop bomb American IPA. Expect massive flavours of citrus, tropical fruit and resin, supported by a substantial malt base with a bitter finish. ABV: 6.2%

Producer Awards

The Royal Hunt (ABV 5.5%) First brewed to commemorate the Queens Diamond Jubilee it has become Hunter’s most award winning ale, with the aroma of caramel, toffee and fruit citrus. Tor Ale (ABV 4.8%) - Deep golden brown in colour, this premium ale is very smooth and well-rounded with subtle bitterness, pleasant hop aroma and sweet malty finish. English IPA 5.4% ABV - Four types of organic malted barley give a distinctive red colour and malt character. Subtle bittering and hopping.
