Maybe some obscure online retailer that happens to carry it?

During the film’s production, Disney already felt uneasy. Studio publicist Disney publicist Vern Caldwell wrote to “Song of the South” producer Perce Pearce to say “the negro situation is a dangerous one. Between the negro haters and the negro lovers there are many chances to run afoul of situations that could run the gamut all the way from the nasty to the controversial.” Korkis, Jim (2012). Song Of The South (1946) DVD - The Rare Movie Collector Song Of The South (1946) DVD - The Rare Movie Collector

My purpose has been to preserve the legends themselves in their original simplicity, and to wed them permanently to the quaint dialect—if, indeed, it can be called a dialect—through the medium of which they have become a part of the domestic history of every Southern family ; and I have endeavoured to give to the whole a genuine flavour of the old plantation. Song of the South": Written by Sam Coslow and Arthur Johnston; performed by the Disney Studio Choir White's were slaves in Rome. Just as every ethnic group. Song of the South is a classic & is only racist to those that are racist. Slavery as tragic as it is, is a natural thing through out human history. It was Walt's first live action film, and if you read Jim Korkis' book, you will learn about what I mean when I say 'incompetence' and rookie film school mistakes. To his credit, during production, Walt did ask people from the NAACP and the Urban League for consultation and input on how this film can be made and invited them to the set and they turned his offer down. I watched the film for the first time in the early 1950s. I saw it at least once more on television in the 1950s. I have never associated it with slavery. My focus was on the stories and how they were used as lessons for the children. To criticize the story for the dialect the people and animals use would be the same as criticizing books because the characters use a French, German, Irish, Scottish, etc. accent that the authors spell out phonetically. In 1946, a Giant Golden Book entitled Walt Disney's Uncle Remus Stories was published by Simon & Schuster. It featured 23 illustrated stories of Br'er Rabbit's escapades, all told in a Southern dialect based on the original Joel Chandler Harris stories. Br'er Rabbit, Br'er Fox, and Br'er Bear also appeared in the 2011 video game Kinect: Disneyland Adventures for the Xbox 360. The game is a virtual recreation of Disneyland and it features a mini game based on the Splash Mountain attraction. Br'er Rabbit helps guide the player character through that game, while Br'er Fox and Br'er Bear serve as antagonists. The three Br'ers also appear as meet-and-greet characters in the game, outside Splash Mountain in Critter Country. In the game, Jess Harnell reprises his role from the attraction as Br'er Rabbit and also takes on the role of Br'er Fox, while Br'er Bear is voiced by James Avery, who previously voiced Br'er Bear and Br'er Frog in the Magic Kingdom version of Splash Mountain. This is the Br'ers' first major appearance in Disney media and their first appearance as computer-generated characters. I grew up in different parts of the south and as such am very familiar with race relations in the area. I'm not gonna try to step on toes, but maybe point some things out you weren't looking for if you think this is more about unity than separation. The heart of the story revolves around Johnny. A young boy moves to a plantation in the American South and forms a deep bond with Uncle Remus. Uncle Remus is a former slave with a gift for spinning enchanting tales. These tales come to life through mesmerizing animation sequences, featuring the lovable Br’er Rabbit, Br’er Fox, and Br’er Bear. As Johnny navigates the complexities of his new life, he learns valuable lessons about friendship, empathy, and the power of storytelling. The Best Cinematic Experience: I am concerned by the people in these comments trying to say it doesn't have any problems and slinging insults or assumptions at one another. Everything I have to say about this film has been said by others before me.
