The best way to store peach syrup is in the refrigerator. Pour it into mason jars or airtight glass containers and keep it for two weeks top. If there are pulps or sliced fruits in the sauce, you can only store it for one week. This trip I took my daughter, Valerie, with me and wandered around the store and eventually found our way to eating a wonderful lunch there with their peach iced tea. Before we left, I bought plenty of fresh peaches to enjoy. Peaches: use ripe, in-season fresh peaches (organic are best). Any color will work, but the final result will vary. Avoid any peaches that are wrinkled or browning. They should be firm with a slight give.

Freeze: transfer the syrup to a freezer-safe jar/container or pour the syrup into an ice cube tray and freeze for 4 months.
