Digestive problems such as abdominal pain or indigestion, particularly in people with a history of stomach ulcers. Ingestion of the product or excessive use may also lead to camphor poisoning, the symptoms of which include nausea, vomiting, epigastric pain, headache, dizziness, oropharyngeal burning, delirium, muscle twitching, epileptiform convulsions, CNS depression and coma. Breathing is difficult and the breath has a characteristic odour; anuria may occur. Death from respiratory failure or status epilepticus may occur; fatalities in children have been recorded from 1g. Supportive care, including anticonvulsant therapy, is the mainstay of treatment of camphor intoxication. Gastric lavage may be considered if the patient presents within 1 hour of ingestion; any convulsions must be controlled first. Activated charcoal may be given orally. Flammable: Do not use near naked flame. Should not be placed on or used near polished or painted surfaces.Camphor, methyl salicylate and capsicum oleoresin are counter-irritants. When applied to the skin they cause cause redness and a sensation of heat to be produced. This distracts the brain from the original pain and therefore reduces the perception of pain. This medicine should not be used if you are allergic to one or any of its ingredients. Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you have previously experienced such an allergy.

Radian B ibuprofen gel contains the active ingredient ibuprofen, which is a type of medicine called a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).Radian B ibuprofen gel should not be used in pregnancy unless considered essential by your doctor, as sufficient may be absorbed to affect the baby. When used in the third trimester ibuprofen may delay labour, increase the length of labour and cause complications in the newborn baby. Get medical advice from your doctor before using this medicine if you are pregnant. Common features include vomiting, dehydration, tinnitus, vertigo, deafness, sweating, warm extremities with bounding pulses, increased respiratory rate and hyperventilation. Some degree of acid-base disturbance is present in most cases. The manufacturer of this medicine recommends that mothers should avoid using this medicine while breastfeeding. However, ibuprofen taken by mouth passes into breast milk in such small quantities that it is unlikely to harm the baby, hence ibuprofen gel is also unlikely to be harmful. As with all medicines, seek medical advice from your doctor before using this medicine if you are breastfeeding.
