Description

Our Drimaster-Eco range of Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) units are a cost effective, whole home ventilation solution which is suitable for properties with loft space. To achieve this, the ventilation unit is mounted in the loft space. It then draws air through the filters and inputs it into the property via a diffuser located in the hallway ceiling.

If you struggle with consistent damp, condensation or mould in your property, the Drimaster is the fastest and easiest way to resolve these issues. There are Drimaster units available for most applications. Below is a list of units and their best suited applications. So what does a Drimaster do? Essentially the concept is to introduce fresh, filtered air into the dwelling at a continuous rate, encouraging movement of air from inside to outside. Our standard heat model with no control option. This model has a 400W heating element fitted on the diffuser. This integrated heater tempers the airflow should the temperature in the loft space drop below a set point, ensuring ultimate comfort in the home. You can see from these results, that if your main concern over installing a Drimaster unit in your property is the noise, you need not worry. The unit also helps to increase the overall temperature of the property by taking air at its hottest point (the ceiling as heat rises), creating a flow and re-introducing it into the home. This saves you money. The Nuaire Drimaster Eco Link Hall Control Positive Input Ventilation Unit offers its long-standing PIV technology alongside innovative remote control and sensor capabilities.

A key concern for many people when installing a PIV unit is the level of noise it may generate and how disruptive this could potentially be. We hope to have helped you understand the importance of ventilation whilst also answering the question ‘How much does a drimaster cost to run?’’ If anyone doubted the potential of DryMaster, my story should help change your mind. With DryMaster I started my carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning business with the help of Dry Master in June 2020. The support Eric and the Dry Master team have provided has been priceless...."Drimaster-Eco Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) ventilation systems are the most effective method of curing and preventing condensation dampness. Recommended for planned and reactive ventilation servicing, essentially the concept is to introduce fresh, filtered air into the dwelling at a continuous rate, encouraging movement of air from inside to outside. To achieve this, the unit is mounted in the loft space, drawing air through the filters and inputting it, at ceiling level, into the property. An integrated heater tempers airflow should the temperature in the loft space drop below a set point, ensuring ultimate comfort in the home. This really works. We suffered condensation & damp for 20 years before we installed a Nuaire Drimaster unit. It's been fitted now for 5 years & after the first 3 weeks we haven't suffered condensation or damp since. Thanks Nuaire The NUAIRE DRIMASTER ECO LC is our basic unit which provides all of the benefits of Positive Input Ventilation, offering system controls on the unit within the loft space.

You do have an area under the Everdri that is cold due to the air it draws into the attic from outside, but as long as doors are left slightly open at night you get no condensation on windows the next morning.

The PIV unit improves the air quality in your home. It removes indoor pollutants from cooking and cleaning, as well as eradicating outdoor pollutants such as traffic fumes, Radon gas and pollen. This creates a healthy living environment and delivers health benefits, particularly for allergy and asthma sufferers. Installing a PIV System How much does it cost to run a Drimaster? Depending on the model you choose can change the cost of running, essentially, any of the models we will be sharing with you shortly, cost as little to 3-5p per day dependent on the electrical supplier and speed setting. Our range of DRIMASTER-ECO units is fitted with an internal temperature sensor. This sensor continuously monitors the temperature in the loft, boosting the air volume when the loft temperature is above a set level.

Every home creates moisture through, showering, cooking, drying clothes etc. Since the 1970s, homes all across the UK have been fitted with double glazing.

As a result of Nuaire’s economical engineering, both variations of the Drimaster units are incredibly efficient, and therefore very economical to run. A. The diffuser sits in the hallway as the majority of the rooms are situated off it, allowing the Drimaster-Eco system to actively pressurise the whole property.
