It doesn't bring something new, but it's a harmonious scent, very versatile and perfect for office and daytime. I would love this scent if the citrus and bergamot were more strong as I love those notes in this fragrance but the sharp notes just kill it for me. I went home and sprayed Elysium on one hand and Reversed on the other and there was absolutely similarities. Longevity on me is VERY good (like all day plus with one spray even in the warm outdoors) but just about anything with a strong ambroxan note tends to. Smells very fresh and clean with the sharp citrus and that green herbalness coming from the rosemary.

Easy to wear at any time, dumb reach, it's good at what it does but there's a million other frags that do the same thing. This is actually a very nice, bright fragrance, quite invigorating and clean, it really caught me off guard when I first tried it a couple of years ago, I now have a sample. With its distinct and masculine aroma, Hugo Reversed is the perfect finishing touch to any look, whether you're headed to work or a night out on the town. They're very similar, but in a way that you would wear a Rolex watch and you would give your child a good replica. This isn’t one of those fragrances like Club de Nuit Intense where it’s almost one to one to what it’s trying to be. That’s my Go To when I don’t know what to wear in the summer so I just spray this on and get on with my day.

It smells nice and does have some Elysium vibes, but it really just doesn't last long enough to be worth purchasing. It lasted me 8-12 hours but only with decent projection for 1 hour and then the duration you get a decent scent bubble. That note gives it an old school aromatic/herby vibe of the 90s like something dads of that era would wear.I've tested this fragrance on my skin next to several different fragrances, and I get a cross between jimmy choo man ice/Dior homme cologne and chanel allure homme sport. It’s actually amusing how something so inexpensive with such a simple note breakdown is so similar to something far more expensive and allegedly complex.
