About this deal

But that doesn’t mean I don’t love the characters, no, I definitely cried MORE — if that’s even possible — than I did the first time I read it. I related sm to parts of the book and my heart hurt for what the characters were feeling including side characters. Maximoff gets his driver's license suspended for a year and Farrow becomes his driver. One the way home from the courthouse, Farrow asks what he fantasized about as a teenager knowing it was him. Later, Maximoff video-calls Xander. Xander tells him their parents are holding a parents-only party to celebrate his license suspension. The supporting characters stole the show for me. I am obsessed with Sulli and Jane, I can't wait for their books. (They deserve all the happiness in the world.) We got a lot of teases with them and their future love interests and it was everything. Their books might actually kill me. The Like Us series is a true series, one continuous timeline, that follows a family of wealthy celebrities and the people that protect them. HeatherB: Can’t believe Sullivan Meadows is dating TWO men and they’re like all together. Like OMG. Totally didn’t think the rumors were true.

I’m jerking off to Luna’s smut, and it’s not the first time I needed to grip my shaft while reading her stories. I had no idea that with every book these two give me, I'd fall a little more in love with this gang but it's true, that's exactly what happens every time a new book comes out. It was no different with this one. I loved Alphas Like Us so damn much, so much happened, so much always happen. Farrow was really tested in this one, actually they both were, they went through so much and I loved watching them overcome everything together, always side by side. These two have completely stolen my heart forever. I had fallen in love with Lil&Lo and Raisy but holy shit man, Marrow is for sure my favorite! I love these two so so much! There are no words. I am so happy that this isn't the end for them, I mean I know that they'll always be there in the other's books but knowing there will be another Marrow book makes my heart more than happy.

Twenty-seven-year-old Farrow Keene has one job: protect Maximoff Hale. Flirting, dating, and hot sex falls far, far out of the boundary of his bodyguard duties and into "termination" territory. But when feelings surface, protecting the sexy-as-sin, stubborn celebrity becomes increasingly complicated. Together, boundaries blur, and being exposed could mean catastrophic consequences for both. So I’m conflicted. That ending is amazing, but I did have a hard time enjoying in the beginning and middle. 3 stars

Farrow’s interactions with the family is interesting. I like the way his relationship with some of them have developed.

Chapter 30-31: Maximoff is at a board meeting for H.M.C. Philanthropies when his cousin Charlie walks in five minutes late. He and Charlie have a strained relationship. Farrow texts him warning that he's coming but is too late. Charlie and Maximoff have a heated conversation about how Charlie wasn't invited to the Camp Away. Farrow comes into the boardroom and asks if there's a problem.
